Expense reports
These expense global report templates generate reports for Contracts and Equipment Contracts:
Expense Accrual Forecast - Excel (Pivot by Period)
Generates Microsoft Excel file with planned / forecast expenses and expense accruals. Data includes Contract Number, Accrual Record Type, What the Plan / Forecast was based upon, Growth %, Cap %, Adjustments, Notes, Created On, Contract Name, Year, and a column for each period in the year.

Default View Type: XML report, but generates a Microsoft Excel file.

Runtime Filters: Reporting Interval (for example FY 2017, all periods year-to-date, or Q4 2017).
Expense Schedules changing next month
Displays contracts with expense schedules where the Begin Date is in the next month from the date when the report is run. Report has a JavaScript field—labeled Change—that shows the difference in currency between the previous schedule and the new schedule. Data includes Contract Name, Contract Number, Contract Status, Contract Type, Expense Group, Expense Type, Begin / End Date, Change, Payment Amount, Next Payment Amount.
